Create a sandbox and wait until it runs

## Usage

```text
pols new [flags]
```

## Examples

```sh
pols new --name web --size large
pols new --template node-app --secret ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
pols new --env NODE_ENV=production --secret DATABASE_URL --secret DB_PASSWORD
pols new --name app --env-file .env
pols new --name locked --egress allowlist --allow 203.0.113.10/32 --allow 2001:db8::/32
pols new --name offline --egress none
```

## Flags

```text
    --allow stringArray       CIDR prefix the sandbox may reach (repeatable; requires --egress allowlist)
    --egress string           outbound network policy (default default): default (public internet), allowlist (only --allow destinations) or none
-e, --env stringArray         environment variable for every command: KEY copies it from your environment, KEY=VALUE sets it (repeatable)
    --env-file stringArray    read KEY=VALUE lines from a file (repeatable; --env wins)
-h, --help                    help for new
    --name string             name (lowercase letters, digits, dashes)
    --no-wait                 return at once instead of waiting for the sandbox to get there
    --secret stringArray      vault entry to set as the environment variable of its name (repeatable; manage the vault at my.pols.so/account)
    --size string             small, default, large or xlarge (default "default")
    --template string         template ID or name (default ubuntu-24.04)
    --wait-timeout duration   how long to wait (default 5m0s)
```

The [global flags](/reference/cli/#global-flags) work with this command too.
