Print a link to the sandbox's desktop (noVNC) in the browser. It works for
12 hours, also for reconnects, until the sandbox stops (a resume needs a new
link) or the API key is revoked. Whoever has the link controls the desktop's
mouse and keyboard, so keep it secret. Its token is after the #, which
browsers never send to a server; run this command again for a new link.
