A person viewing the desktop (`POST .../desktop`) can take control
of it, and hand it back. While they have it, the other viewers'
pages are view-only and `POST .../computer/actions` is refused with
409 `desktop_controlled`. Control lapses after 2 minutes in which
its holder does not use the desktop, and as soon as they close it.
Reading it does not wake a sandbox in standby.
