Nothing more is charged: the subscription stays `active` until
`period_end` and ends then (`cancel_at_period_end`). Its credit
stays until it expires; to go on after it ends, start a new one.
Canceling again changes nothing. 404 `not_found`: the org has no
subscription that has not ended. 409 `subscription_state`: its
first payment is not complete. 502 `payment_provider_error`:
Mollie could not be reached; nothing changed. Owners' and admins'
keys only (403 `forbidden` otherwise).
